Illumi Jewellery!

I know I have neglected Tumblr since graduating (as it is my studio diary), which is something I didn’t want to do, but unfortunately it has happened…!

However, I just wanted to post about the jewellery business I’ve started up to help me earn some pennies alongside my part-time job, whilst I’m still on the search for a job in design!

Been meaning to post this for a while!

We’ve been very busy the past few weeks preparing for the ‘Secret Salford Show’. I helped screen print the invites, which have turned out really well. The fronts of the invites were photocopied in black on black card giving a lovely shiny, subtle look, and then we screen printed the invites and envelopes in a gold paint, which you can see on the photos…

I also made labels to stick on to sherbet (or sssherbet) to give out to industry, which were photocopied.

Exhibition goes up on Monday, can’t wait to get it put together and to see everyone’s work!

Screenshot of new website design. I’ve decided to redesign my website as the one I did for the web module looks too ‘clunky’ and doesn’t look right. Plus, it gives me a chance to redo my branding, which I’m getting bored with now.

Initial invite design idea for degree show (the Salford Secret Show). This is the inside as it is a6 folded in half so on the top section is an anonymous secret, and then all the info on the bottom section. Needs tweaking and opening times adding.
